The train station is approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre of Oxford and has regular local and national services. The bus station at Gloucester Green is approximately 5 minutes walk.
Parking in the city centre is limited, and visitors arriving by car are advised to use the Park and Ride service.

The Harcourt Arboretum is a short drive south of the City, in the village of Nuneham Courtenay. There is a car park, and space for coach parking. Alternatively the Arboretum can be reached on the X39/X40 Thames Travel service, which leave from the City Centre. There are two bus stops in the village; the second one is nearer the Arboretum's entrance.
