Expand your mind with Oxford University's Gardens, Libraries & Museums

See Old Friends in Oxford University's mindgrowing Gardens, Libraries and Museums

A season of surprises awaits you in our Mindgrowing Gardens, Libraries and Museums. From July through to December, we have a wealth of activities to expand your mind!

From our remarkable Cabinet of Curiosities in the Museum of the History of Science through to our Fungi Foray in the Harcourt Arboretum, there is something for everyone! Pick up a passport, available at any information desk across our seven sites, and collect a sticker at every adventure. Your passport can really take you places, from Egyptian tombs to Catacombs, Viking tails to Crocodiles' tails. Once you've collected three stickers - either from different sites or from the same site - head to any information desk to collect your prize.

In addition to our season of special events, you can still enjoy our regular weekly activities such as the Hands on Coins session at the Ashmolean Museum (every Saturday, 11:30am-3:30pm) and Object Handling sessions at the Pitt Rivers Museum (every Saturday, 11am-1pm).

What are you waiting for? Adventure awaits!
