The Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and collection of visitor data across GLAM. Taking a hands-on approach to evaluation, they engage with visitors through surveys, focus groups, observations and interviews. They also train GLAM staff and volunteers to support in the delivery of the evaluation programme, working alongside the Public Engagement with Research Evaluation Officer to improve data quality and consistency, and identifying gaps and biases.
