Head of Audience and Engagement Support
Tom helps GLAM achieve its goals to better understand, involve and serve in-person and online audiences. He works to ensure that GLAM’s programmes are creative, high‑quality, and shaped by audience needs. Responsibilities include: building and maintaining partnerships across the University, the cultural sector, and industry; leading GLAM’s programme funded by Arts Council England; and leading the Community Engagement and Volunteering teams.
