The University of Oxford's Gardens, Libraries and Museums are open to the public, providing broad access to the internationally significant collections held by the University, as well as the broader research and academic activity happening across the University, acting as the public face of Oxford.

Last year the Gardens, Libraries and Museums welcomed 3 million members of the public through their doors to see the permanent collections, attend innovative special exhibitions and take part in a creative programme of public activities including tours, talks and lectures, late night openings, music and drama performances, behind the scenes activities, outreach events, volunteering opportunities and family friendly events.
