Students & Researchers

The collections held in the Gardens, Libraries and Museums are of universal significance, representing the history, science, culture and knowledge of all major global civilisations. They are all centres for research and teaching, providing access to students and researchers, both from within Oxford and from around the globe.

Many of the collections can be accessed online, and the collections regularly host visiting researchers from around the world to work with the collections as part of their research. For questions about the collections or organising a research visit please contact the individual institutions.
