Early Career Opportunities at Oxford University’s Gardens, Libraries and Museums

Research undertaken at Oxford University’s Gardens, Libraries and Museums (GLAM) is highly diverse, ranging from anthropology to zoology via classics, geology, history, plant sciences and more, based on some of the world’s most significant collections. We welcome approaches from postdoctoral researchers carrying out collections-based research in relevant areas who are interested in holding externally funded fellowships in our world-class institutions.

For applications for Leverhulme Early Career Fellowships in 2020, we ask that potential applicants send us a one-page summary of their planned research, including details of how they will make use of collections and other facilities at the GLAM institution, together with a CV with up to five best publications highlighted by 30th June 2019.

For applications for all other funding schemes, a summary research proposal and CV should be provided at least four months in advance of the scheme submission deadline.
