Departmental Administrator and Oxford Cultural Leaders (OCL) Co-ordinator
In the role of Departmental Administrator, Emma supports the Gardens, Libraries, and Museums (GLAM) Registrar on a range of cross-divisional projects and GLAM divisional office initiatives and provides operational support for the Divisional Office Team.
Emma also manages all logistics for the Oxford Cultural Leaders programme, an acclaimed executive leadership programme for museums, heritages and the arts, run in partnership with the Saïd Business School.
Additionally, Emma is a co-lead on Supporting Leadership, a research and knowledge exchange project which looks at the role of executive and administrative support staff in the cultural sector.
