Felicity McDowall
Public Engagement with Research Evaluation Officer
Felicity is responsible for developing and consulting with GLAM staff for the evaluation of their Public Engagement with Research activities, utilising her knowledge of best practice within the wider cultural sector to provide expert advice, support, and methodological guidance. Felicity is also involved in the delivery of the University-wide evaluation training programme, building capacity within the University and the museums. Having previously worked on evaluation projects for Historic England, Cambridge University Museums, and during her museum-focused doctoral research, Felicity has wide-ranging experiences of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies for data collection.
