GLAM-based Student Welfare and Support Service (SWSS) workshops

A range of workshops and groups are run by the Student Welfare and Support Service (SWSS) to help students build skills to respond to the demands of life at university. These sessions include:

  • Forest Bathing
  • Mindfulness at the Museum - using our collections as a mindfulness tool (e.g. Ashmolean tea bowls and Museum of Natural History geological specimens)
  • Perfectionism - understanding it and strategies to manage it

The topics change per term, so keep checking this page for updates.
